January Playlist

Hey guys! I hope you're all having an awesome start to 2015 so far-the past month for me has been very cleansing, productive, and most importantly, focused. I'm beginning to prioritize the most important things in life and let the little troubles fall by the wayside, and it feels amazing.

As far as music goes, this playlist is a pretty random collection of old and new songs that have been bouncing around in my head for the past few months or so (since I haven't posted a playlist in a hot minute...oops). I hope you give it a listen and find some new artists or songs that you like! (If you don't have Spotify downloaded on your computer, I highly recommend it. Seriously. It's a game changer.)

I'm especially obsessed with Elastic Heart by Sia, and I think the music video featuring Shia LaBeouf is absolutely incredible. This song has been on repeat in my car for weeks and I'm still not anywhere close to being tired of it. I also can't stop listening toTruffle Butter by Nicki Minaj, Drake, and Lil Wayne (it's kiiiiind of my guilty pleasure at the moment). I love running and working out to this song, even if the subject matter would make every grandmother in the world faint. Finally, Come Pick Me Up by Ryan Adams hits me right in the gut with all sorts of familiar post-breakup emotions. It's great, and just in time for Valentine's Day! Just kidding. But honestly, it's a good song. Listen to it.

Thanks for checking out my playlist! Comment down below with some songs you can't get enough of lately, I love hearing from you! :)
